The VWRC6 is the smallest model in vertical windlass range, offering unmatched functionality and durability in chain routing and easy anchor rode removal. Designed for rodes with 6mm chains and up to 12mm ropes, the VWRC6 boasts a pulling capacity of 350kg with chain speeds of 24m/min and rope speeds of 21m/min.

The VWRC6, available in 12V and 24V, features a 500W motor and weighs just 8.5kg, making it compact yet highly capable. Its durable design includes marine-grade stainless steel (AISI 316) above-deck components and a chromed bronze chainwheel. The VW6 ensures easy anchor rode removal, compatibility with traditional shackles and thimbles, and supports horizontal installation on a bulkhead inside the chain locker. With its manual ‘Free Fall’ anchor deployment, facilitated by a cone-type brake/clutch mechanism, the VWRC6 sets a new standard of convenience and efficiency for small windlasses systems.
