The Model 20LHT thruster is designed for vessels from 136-166ft (41-52m) in length. The custom-engineered highly skewed stainless steel propeller and sleek thruster assembly provides extremely quiet operation. High grade Stainless Steel used throughout the assembly results in long, reliable marine service life.

Description

Hydraulic Motor: Vane type cartridge motor installed in a streamlined housing. Easily replaced or removed for service. 71 GPM (269 LPM) at 2500 psi (170 bar).
Drive:  Direct drive, propeller mounted directly on motor shaft. No efficiency losses due to gear drive components.
Housing:  Type 316 stainless steel, hydrodynamically optimized. Dual seawater seals rated for pressure over 30 times actual. Sealed working pressure region completely isolated and protected from shaft seals and external environment.
Propeller:  Seven blade, highly skewed, low noise, custom high performance propeller in 316 stainless steel.
Tunnel: 20″ (508 mm) inside diameter GRP, aluminum, or steel. Available with Classification Society approval.
Control Options: – On / Off
– On / Off with Softshift
– Fully proportional state-of-the-art PLC electronic control

Numerous operating (joystick) stations to suit application. Weatherproof.
Power Thrust:  85 HP (63 kW) at shaft developing 2188 pounds (9.7 kN) of thrust*.
